1 1/2 packed c. fresh herbs
3 1/4 c. water
1 box pectin
4 c. sugar
Bring herbs and water to a boil. Remove from heat, cover and let steep 10 minutes. Strain and measure 3 cups infusion. Add pectin and bring to a boil. Add sugar all at one. Boil 1 minute, remove from heat. Skim off foam and pour into jars. Adjust caps and process in a boiling water bath 10 minutes. Makes 4 1/2 cups.
