Peanut Butter Fudge
1 cup packed Brown Sugar
1 cup Milk
1 1/2 cups Sugar
Bring to a boil and cook approx. 10-15 minutes ot until soft ball
reading on candy thermometer. Stir constantly.
1/3 cup Butter
1/2 cup Chunky Peanut Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
Add the above ingredients and beat with a wooden spoon until mix
losses it gloss. Pour into a buttered 8" square pan. Cool & cut into
squares.
