Crock pot Lasagna
2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion
2 garlic cloves
29oz spagetti sauce
1c water
1tsp salt
1tsp oregano
8oz pk lasagna noodles
4c shredded mozzzarella
12oz cottage cheese
1/2 c parmesan cheese
1.Cook beef, onion, and garlic together in a sauce pan, drain.
2.Stir in sauce, water, salt and oregano. Mix well.
3.In seperate bowl, combine cheeses
4.In crock pot, layer each ingredient. Meat, noodles, cheese, meat, noodles, cheese.
5.Cook on low 4-5 hrs.
