Spicy Muscle Oil
INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. base / carrier oil (I prefer jojoba)
8 rops clove bud essential oil
7 drops ginger essential oil
5 drops lavender essential oil
5 drops eucalyptus essential oil
PREPARATION:
Blend oils in a dark glass dropper bottle.
Swirl to mix.
Apply to sore muscle areas and massage in as needed.
If this blend is a bit strong for your needs, reduce essential oils by one or two drops each.
Jojoba oil is my preferred base due to the fast absorbancy.
