I would hope to be a boxer!  But with this red hair and dizzy personality I might be an Irish Sitter!!!

Soup- Describe your disposition in a meteorological term. 

Unpredictable, wild and stormy one minute, sunny the next.  Just like our Texas weather here at home.

Salad- Besides lettuce or greens, name three things you love in your salad.

 Tomatoes,  onion and a boiled egg. Topped off with Balsamic vinegar .

Main Course- If you could live one week as any historical figure who would it be and what would you do?

Wow, a tough one.  It’s hard to choose.  Maybe a biblical person close to the Lord, Mary, Lazarus sister. Oh the joy of sitting at His feet and learning of Him.

Dessert- What is your favorite beverage? 

Now that is an easy one.  Ice cold Mint Tea. I love iced tea and grow mint just for this purpose.
