I am so excited.  I have been begging for a coop for two years. Today my brother promised to build me one!!  Nothing is better than a yard egg.  In the past I have raised Plymouth Rock and Rhode Island Reds. They are duel purpose birds.  They are good layers of nice large brown eggs and also good meat birds. I can't wait to get started again.
