  
Does anyone besides me like to dehydrate things?? I love to dry veggies in the summer for soup later. I try to watch for sales on colored bell peppers. They dry so pretty. I have a bunch chopped and in the dehydrator right now. Yellow, Red and Orange pepper mixed with the Green make a pretty jar of peppers to use in sauces, soups, stews and meatloaf later. |

I don' t think I've ever used it --- we made jerky a few times when he first got it--
But for peppers....how long would you have them in for --and them just seal in canning jars or how do you store ?
I would love to be able to use that dehydrator! :)
Do you know of any good books ?
