Homemade cherry fudge pops
1 1/2 C half and half
1 C choc chips
1/2 C cherry jam
1 teas vanilla extract
pinch salt
In med saucepan over low heat, combine half and half and choc chips. Heat, stirring
constantly, until chips are melted. Transfer the mix to a blender, scraping the choc from
the bottom of the pan.
Add jam, vanilla and salt, then pureee about 30 seconds, or mix is smooth. Divide the mix
between 8 frozen pop molds (or whatever you have for molds), insert sticks and freeze
several hours.
