~ Thankful Thursdays ~

I have so much to be thankful for.  Many of the things I'm thankful for are the same each week.  I am thankful for:

(1) My loving God

(2) My God's patience with me

(3) God's provision and  protection

(4) My wonderful husband - He does so much for our family.  He works hard to provide.  He also does extra things at home to help.  Especially right now, he will be helping to do things done around the house in preparation for when I have our baby in 3 weeks.  I'll be taking it easy and resting a lot in these next 3 weeks so he'll be pitching in to help with some things that need to get done.  I am so blessed to have such a wonderful husband.

(5) My children - I love them so much and they are good children.  Even though they are normal and have their arguments and attitudes, etc.  they still are wonderful children.  I am blessed.

(6) My home

(7) My family - My parents will be getting things squared away to come up and be with us when I have our baby.  My Mom has been with me through the labor and delivery of all my children.  It means so much to me for her to be there.

(8) Being able to make a good cup of coffee at home.  Therefore, I'm thankful to have a coffee pot!  I am also thankful for a really yummy creamer I buy that makes the coffee wonderful!

(9) All of my friends.  There are three older ladies that are dear to my family.  And even though we now live about an hour away, we still stay in contact and still try to visit every now and then.

(10) Our vehicle.  I am thankful we have a car to be able to go and do what we need to do.

(11) The completion of my Bible study.  I have worked on this Bible study for over a year now.  It is now officially finished.  My sister will be facilitating it with a group of women in her area.  This is such an exciting thing for me!

Wow, so much to be thankful for!

Happy TT to you.

Sounds like such an exciting time in your life. You are so blessed to have your mom there with you.

These are such treasured memories for me.

I pray you have an "uneventful" labor and delivery and a healthy baby really soon.

Sounds like 2008 will be a great new year for you and your family!

Congratulations!

Reading your list makes me think how thankful I should be for so many of the items you have listed here and I have taken for granted in the past.
Thank you for sharing.

God's Blessings,

~ All About Me ~

I grew up in a ministry family. The daughter of a preacher, I definitely fit the typical mold of a preacher’s kid. I have had many life experiences including being a pregnant teen and single mom, experiencing divorce, and more. All of my life experiences, good and bad, have molded me into the person I am today. I have an intense desire to see women live in the freedom Christ came to give them. I myself know the prison of bondage and the liberation of Christ.
