Majestic
I was born in New Mexico. It is a beautiful place because the backdrop for the city is the Organ Mountains. I loved looking at those mountains. I would just stare at them in awe, because they were so majestic and showed me the handiwork of God. I lived in New Mexico about 8years of my life, so I remember the mountains. About 10 years ago, we moved to Indiana. As you know there are no mountains in Indiana. I was little enough not to notice the drastic difference between NM and IN, but I do notice the mountains missing sometimes.
Back April, I went outside to do something and saw the neatest thing!

Now doesn't that look like mountains almost? When I walked outside and saw that I was like, Wow! I thought it was so neat!

The clouds were HUGE! It was so beautiful!

I thought this one really looked like mountains. White snow capped mountains. :)
So it kinda made me sad because it has been 3 years since I have been to NM and seen the Organ Mountains, but I was happy that the clouds reminded me of them!
Those clouds were so beautiful and majestic that it made me think of God and his beauty and majesty.
David the Psalmist said this about the Lord and clouds:
Psalm 36:5
Thy mercy, O LORD, is in the heavens; and thy faithfulness reacheth unto the clouds.
Psalm 57:10
For thy mercy is great unto the heavens, and thy truth unto the clouds.
We can look forward to these things that the clouds will bring!
Mark 13:26
And then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with great power and glory.
1 Thessalonians 4:17
Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
Well, I am excited because I will get to see the Organ Mountains soon because we are going on vacation to NM! When y'all see mountains next time, remember the Lord and His majesty!

I know what you mean about mountains. I've lived at the foot of the Rockies almost my entire life, so I really missed them the five years we were in CA. We had mountains, but they were small and not at all the same.
Glad you'll be getting to make a trip to NM this year.
Blessings!
