O-R-E-O. That is one of my favorite cookies. Recently they were on sale at the store and Dad treated us to some. So all last week we downed about 5 packages. Man, that is alot.
Oh btw... did you know that Oreos are the new weight loss program that no one knows about?? Yeppers, that is right. While we ate all those packages of Oreos last week, I lost 3# and Mom lost 5#. So I am under the impression that Oreos are now a weight loss plan. LOL!!
So anyway, you know how they have all the different types of Oreos now. They got the Golden, which are really gross, they got the stuft, they got the mint flavored creme, they got the peanut butter, which I want to so try, they got the inside out ones and some other ones. Well I went to the store this week and Mom wanted some, so I went over to the aisle and read her off most of the different ones they had. As I am going through the list, she goes on and gives me the full class on what an Oreo is. THE ORIGINAL OREO. LOL!! It was so funny. We were standing there for like 2min getting the lecture on what an Oreo is. It is a chocolate cookie with a thin layer of white creme. lol. I was cracking up. It was so funny.
So needless to say, I just grabbed the original Oreos and that was the end. I don't think I shall ever ask Mom which Oreos she wants again!! I think I completely understand her now.
This may not seem funny to you, but it was HILARIOUS
As Always,
That is actually pretty funny. We recently had an Oreo thing happen here.
A few years back, my mom and I came across some Oreo cookies that had a coffee flavored filling. They were AWESOME! Well anyway, mom recently emailed the people who do the Oreo cookies because we haven't been able to find them anywhere and wanted to know if they were going to be coming back any time.
They aren't coming back. Apparently they weren't a big enough hit to keep making them. Needless to say we were very upset. Oh well, I guess for now I'll content my self with the double stuff Oreo's!!!
That is so funny but true, I lost a weight in college eating oreos and peanuts. Starving college student buying junk food instead of real food, but I completely know what you are talking about here!!
