Nothing New...

    Ok… So nothing much different than when I posted last. The girls are doing well. I am doing well!! I have been spending more time than I had before with them and they definitely like that. And they are much happier since they have been able to get outside.

    I have been working on getting them another feed program. Right now they are eating Nutrena SafeChoice, and it has put some weight on them, but they are looking thin to me, so I wanted to get them some actual grain mix. So Mom and I worked on that a little bit on Monday. It is really neat that I don’t even have to get out my math book to do algebra. I just need to decide that the girls need different feed!!

    So other than that... we do have to move the fence toward the barn, so we can grow our own alfalfa and hay. And so they will have a smaller area to train in.
    We also really, really need to fence in the rest of the property. They have eaten all the grass in the pasture in less than a week. So that is something we should really do.

    Ok... that is all folks...

What really helped my horse is during the winter I fed her two flakes of alfalfa and 8 cups of grain. I also gave here some MSM. She has bad artharistis, not for sure if I spelt that right. Anway, I did that each month till March and she looked a lot better this year than last. And groooming them is the important thing. If all that dirt gets in there skin and It rains it causes rain rot. And there hair will start falling out. Just make sure you give um a nice groomin. It helped on my horse,it might help on yours.

Hey Amanda,
I used vintige senior feed for my horse sluuger, it's helping but not enough to where I'm satisfied for my boy, so my dad bought beat pulp sreads. I havn't used it yet but I'll use it tomorrow morning and I'll let you know how it works! Or you could feed the girl twice a day.
