Busy Weekend coming up...

Well I made some great peanut butter cookies, thanks to Abundant Blessings Homestead http://www.homesteadblogger.com/HandsNHearts/7175, and even had enough to freeze three "logs" for future "Break and bake" cookies.  They were very yummy, made half of them with Hershey Kisses.  MAde them with white wheat flour, and next time will try the raw sugar.

This weekend is going to be a busy one...tomorrow we are going to assemble Hannah's new bed.  I am going to start the broccolli, brussell sprouts, green peppers and cabbage (though the almanac says I should have started the cabbage tonight, while in my PJ's...lol)  I have to add some soil to the onion sproutlings, the roots seemed to push up out of the soil a bit, maybe I didn't push the seeds in deep enough.

I am going to bake Anadama bread tomorrow as well, and set up the bread machine to make bread dough for cinnamon rolls sunday AM ~ that should be a nice treat before church!  all with the good stoneground wheat, corn meal and white wheat I have ~ the "natural living" thing isn't so expensive when you go back to cooking things from scratch.

I have laundry to get through and some cleaning tomorrow as well.  My birdhouse gourd is all dried, and the holes are cut into it, so I would like to paint it up this weekend ~ maybe for fun on Sunday. 

Hannah has a friend sleeping over tonight, they were pretty quiet.  Guess that means the craziness starts first thing in the AM...lol...

I guess I should head to bed to be ready for 'em,
