My dad's specialty, enjoy!

Pepere's Chicken Wings

2 lbs. Chicken Wings

¼ cup honey

2 Tbsp. Soy sauce

2Tbsp. Vegetable oil

2 Tbsp. Catsup

1 Tbsp. Lemon juice

1 Tbsp. Cornstarch

1 clove garlic

Cut each wing at joints to make 3 pieces.  Freeze tips for chicken soup. Mix remaining ingredients. Combine chicken and marinade in bowl. Cover and refrigerate at least one hour.  Place chicken, skin side down, on foil-lined pan.  Cook in 375-degree oven, 20 to 25 minutes on each side.  Brush with marinade while cooking.
