Veggie garden decided too...

I am re-posting this from a yahoo group, I was too lazt to rewrite for the sake of decorum...

We moved and expanded the veggie garden as well, looks to be 35' by 70' this year...surprisingly we are still planting the same 23 veggies, though some of them we have  many different varieties to try out ~ and this will be our firat year using plastic ~ a photodegrageable kind so it should be a cinch on weeding!

Most of the veggie seeds this year are free ~ we got them at a gardening conference late fall.

And the veggies are:

Bush "green" beans (3 types)
Radishes
Tomatoes (3 types, if we can coax them from seed)
Carrots (3 types)
Green peppers (I will be buying some banana peppers for salsa)
Lettuce (2 types)
Turnip
Peas (shelling and sugar)
Cucumber (2 types, plus I'll get some pickling cukes too)
Summer Squash (2 types)
Pumpkin (4 varieties ~ yikes!)
Beets (2 varieties)
Spinach (2 varieties)
Winter Squash (2 types)
Cantelope
Rutabaga
cauliflower (cheddar)
Sweet corn (2 types)
Broccoli
cabbage
Brussel Sprouts
Onions
Potatoes

Wow!  that should certainly keep me busy!

Oh, but I forgot about the "orchard"...

What a fantastic list of veggies that you're going to grow. I know what you'll be doing this spring and summer! I hope to see some pictures of it!
