Sambucol ~ thank you!

I’m not sure who did the write-up here (I’m thinking Carla maybe?), but oh WOW!  Our local pharmacy just started carrying Sambucol, and I have been sick (yet again) with some bronchial/sinus yuckiness ~ and because of my diabetes and fear of blood pressure, cannot take a lot of traditional meds to quash a cold.  Well, this morning when I saw the Sambucol there I grabbed it and ran, and WOW.  Two doses later and this afternoon I am feeling so much better ~ already!  My sinus congestion is significantly lowered, my chest is clearing ~ and I am just in general feeling SO much better.

Talked to the pharmacist and they said it would be a good option (as long as I count the carbs into my day)...said it may take a full days dosing (or two) for full effectiveness, but said it is a good alternative to regular meds.
