This is not something I have enjoyed in the past few years.  I've done my shopping primarily online, during the year and the last week before at Wally World.  But I want a different approach this year.  I am not sure what I am expecting, but I do know that I don't want to be tired, stressed or running around trying to get it done.  I want a truly simplified Christmas.  One where we enjoy each other, make memories, share memories, create traditions and simply celebrate the meaning of the holiday.

I'm going to put together a simply list of the gifts I would love to give my family and try to stay on a budget.  Since our finances are limited with the car repairs and maintenance we must do before January, I really must be creative with my gift giving.  I will be looking for some ways to share the spirit of Christmas with others as well.  Once I figure out what I will be doing, I'll share and maybe I'll be able to glean some from others too.

My heart's desire is to have a Simplified Christmas ~ Enjoying the Simple Pleasures the Lord has graciously provided.
