Here is a beverage recipe from "Dining on a Dime," just for Gena.  Enjoy!

Extra Rich Hot Cocoa Mix

10 2/3 cups dry milk

6 oz             non-dairy coffee creamer

16 oz           cocoa (can use Nestle's Quik)

1/3 cup        powdered sugar

Mix the ingredients in a large bowl and store in a covered container.

To prepare hot cocoa, mix 1/2 cup of the mix with 1 cup of hot water.  This is double the cost of the plain cocoa mix but it is very good and still cheaper than the little packets. (per the author)
