Well, it may not be summer yet, but who can tell by these temps ~ 94 degrees today.  Whee! I am very hot and it doesn't help that I have similar symptons to perimenopause.  Oops, who said that. 

Anywhoo, I hope everyone else is staying cool, we are working on it here.  Trying to simplify my life is taking on a whole new meaning when trying to keep cool.  You use less AC, but that's not a problem when it doesn't work anyway.  However, when your house is hotter than it is outside for 6 hrs straight, well you tend to wonder if things are really working.  We purchased 3 fans today and only one actually works.  Go figure!  Dh will be taking the other none efficient creatures back to W-M this evening.  Hopefully, he will be able to find some suitable replacements.

Other than staying cool and working on streamlining our book collection, all is well here on our homefront.  We are prayerfully launching a new business, I'm considering quitting my current pt job and taking a seasonal position, prayerfully starting a mom's night out in my local area, and we have been on spring break from school.  Yeah!  ~ that's been the best part of this week ~ resting and relaxing as much as possible w/iced water and cool baths.

Several of you lovely friends, have visited me and left beautiful messages.  I missed you all too but it was necessary.  I am back, though I will not be on as often as before, I will be on and writing as much as I can in my alloted time.  I love writing and I especially love visiting you guys and leaving comments.  The commenting is more for me than you, if you must know.  It helps me to stay connected w/you and be apart of the community as a whole.

Well, off I go to update some things in my template and on my school blog at HSB.
