Can anyone tell me

Posted in Daily Farm Life

Can someone out there in blog land tell me what year this was manufactured? It was given to me and needs a  little work, but it can be very useable when the work is done...

I wish I could tell you, but all I have is the comment that it is beautiful!
My Gram had one like that and I had it for awhile, but unfortunately, it was lost when a neighbor who said she would store my things while I moved, decided to keep my things. I lost everything of my Gram's at that point, which devastated me...
Good luck in finding out about it! and HANG on to it! :)
Blessings~

I have my grandmother's old treadle Singer sewing machine, and it looks almost exactly like yours but with one extra drawer on each side.

Check out this page I found. It will tell you how to fin the serial number and then where to go next to find out the information you need to know.

I hope this helps!!

I believe that machine is a Singer Model 66 and was made from 1923 to 1924. It is a beautiful machine!
