Two Weeks and No Shampoo

Today marks 2 weeks of cleaning my hair without using shampoo.  Several weeks ago I started visiting welltellme.com and some of the women were doing this. So, I thought I would try it.

Instead of using shampoo, I use baking soda and water.  At welltellme.com, they said to use 2 tablespoons of baking soda, but I have had to use about a third of a cup.  Mix the baking soda just enough to make a paste.

I scoop out some of the mixture and start massaging my scalp, just like I would do with shampoo.

Rinse really good.  (After a good rinsing, my hair is "squeeky" clean.)

I do a final rinse (of the ends, not the scalp, unless you have dandruff)  with 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar mixed with some water.  The vinegar smell goes away in just a few minutes.
