Math - Saxon Math Spelling - Spelling Power Vocab - minimize, duplicates, blueprints, prospectors, adobe, export, cultivate Read-Aloud - Nate Saint, On a Wing and a Prayer by Janet & Geoff Benge (Chapters 5-9) Personal Reading - Jungles and Rainforests by John A Burton just the jungle part History - Look up information about Betty Greene; paste picture in notebook http://www.maf.org/about/history.html has a good picture of Betty and her Waco biplane Science - Jaundice and its causes Geography - Find and mark Tuxtla Gtz on the map http://www.ethnomusic.ucla.edu/Images/mexicomap.jpg has a good picture of Tuxtla on the map down at the bottom of Mexico On poster board draw out South America and label its countries.
