Funny Fridays, hmmm, what's he trying to say?For years my husband and I have joked with each other about who loves the other more. I'll say, "I love you". Then he'll say, " I love you, more". And it goes on and on (I know kinda corny, but that's what we do.)One evening, upon our tellings of loving mores, I said, "Just wait till we get to heaven and God will look at you and say, 'Yes, she loved you more'." To this my husband replied, "Then He will turn to me and wink." I said, "God doesn't wink!" "He does and I will prove it with a verse", he said walking out of the room to the computer. As I was in the kitchen cooking supper, I heard him read, "And the times of this ignorance God winked at;". This just tickled me, just to know that God winks.
