Last year we made cards to raise money for our mission trip to Mexico so I painted this picture of a Tarahumara Indian. I met a lot of Tarahumara where we went. Some live in caves, and others live in log or stone homes. During the day the women and children would be at the side of the road making and selling crafts, blankets, and baskets. The girls wear big, full skirts that are usually very colorful.
