Sprouting micro-greens
Recently I started sprouting many different kinds of seeds. I am using bio-trays and a hemp bag and felt on food dryer trays.

I am also keeping records in a book.

I am enjoying it very much. The roots went into the felt and we clipped off the tops when they were ready and we used them in salads. The hemp bag is made out of hemp and flax so that it
 doesn't mildew or rot.

.
The seeds that worked best are flax, alfalfa, mung beans, clover, chia, curled cress, lentils and fenugreek. The fenugreek at first tasted bitter. But it wasn't so bad after they were full grown. I was suppose to water and rinse the seedlings every day.

The paper covered the seeds on the felt so that it would be dark like in dirt. And I wrote the names of the seeds on the paper to be able to tell which was which.

The end results of this experiment is yummy!
