Raspberry Tarts
I
borrowed a cookbook from the library, called The Anne of Green Gables
Cookbook. I decided to make this recipe of Tantalizing Raspberry Tarts.
I thought I made the crusts a little too thick. I used raspberries from
our garden, but of course they were frozen! We picked them last summer
and put them in the freezer. I am going to make them again. I made them
for my dad.

Those sure look great! Did the raspberries freeze well - was there extra moisture when you thaw them that you had to drain off to make the recipe? Do you need a special pan to make them or did you use muffin tins?
Melanie
The recipe is up for you! The raspberries freeze very well. We did not drain the juice. We used muffin tins.
