What a weekend....I had a list of things to be done...but it rained Sat, Sunday so all the painting, cutting grass etc...did not happened. Monday was a beautiful day but we had to go up to my daughters house for a picnic. So the List was not touched. It was a wonderful day Monday...being with my grandchildren Its been two months since I have seen my daughter...How I miss her. She moved about a year ago.........approx. 80 miles northeast from our home. The youngest boy of four children is walking or should I say running. I am going to put some pictures up for all to see.......It was a Wonderful Blessed weekend for sure.....and there will always be a list but the grandkids will not always be little .so enjoy your family. Last Thursday we ended up going to Springfield, Illinois with an old friend of my husbands. Our oldest child grew up with his kids back in Michigan. The weather was just wonderful., but I am glad to be home. We ended up going to the Linclons Museum and took a trip to the diferent wineries in Missouri area. That was a different sxperience...but we had a great time. But I really missed being at home. As I looked out the window the grass needs cutting and the plants need planting so I shall find time today for a little gardening. Well there is so much on mind but I would be here writting all day...I shall get back to it later..and let you know all the projects I have setup in the near future.......Your sister blogger, Nancy Thankyou

I am sitting on my front enclosed porch looking out at the sky and thinking about my my three children.. My oldest son is 37 yrs old , next is my daughter who is 26 yrs old and my youngest son who is 23yrs . They are all so different with talents in their own unique way. I feel like I am at a crossroad, wondering what I shall pursue. I am 56 going on 18.....with so much interests . I have a degree in Physics and worked with my husband at Fermi Lab , Illinois. We traveled extensively with my hubbys job and so I started to weave.....back in 1978. Now I am planning to start a little weaving business again...... so I need to get the looms out and ? |
