Home school mom, Christy Wade, has written a great book to show us how to eat, and how to live a fruitful life for the Lord. Becoming Whole: Eating Your Way to Bountiful Health is an easy to read book based on God's Word. I think we can all agree that we need to eat healthier.

Becoming Whole can be used a study on nutrition for your home school, or it can be used as a Bible study for ladies. At the end of each chapter, there are questions, scripture, and a call to prayer. Also included are three days worth of recipes.

I love to read books on nutrition, and Becoming Whole is superb. This book would be a great help to anyone looking to improve their health and vitality.

The only downside to this book is that the subject of nutrition is controversial. There may be those who do not agree with what is written. That is why Christy suggests that you pray and ask God to show you the truth.

Christy Wade is coming out with a cookbook called Preparing Whole Food for a Whole Month That Your Family Will Enjoy. I am looking forward to its release.
