The authors expand on their vision of spending 30 minutes or less on meal preparation. I can recommend this e-book for everyone from novices to veterans in the homemaking world. I appreciate the variety of items that are included in the menus. And many of their tips are things that I have found to be tried and true. This book is simple and includes tons of advice that is often overlooked or forgotten. Whenever I read about homemaking and come away refreshed and with new ideas, I know the resource is a value to the homemaker. Whether you need a refresher or are just starting out, this is worth every penny of the $5.95 price.
