10 Things you'll NEVER hear me say.......

My friend Chris over at "A Christian Woman Thinks...(And it's Dangerous)" has a great list of 10 things you'll never hear her say and I loved it.  I've not yet done any of the list things but thought I'd join in this one.

YOU'LL NEVER HEAR ME SAY:

1. "Oh, don't kill the spiders....they're such beautiful creatures."

2. "I'll have a beer please." (Or any other alcoholic beverage)

3. "This hot weather we're having just ENERGIZES me!"

4. "I wish there were something to DO around here."

5. "Kids, will you turn that music UP?  I can't hear it."

6. "I think yearly exams ought to be done monthly." UGH

7. "Bring the snake closer so I can have a better look."

8. "Oh I HOPE barrels of rain come inside again this Halloween."

9. "Boy I sure do miss the sound of the generator."

10."Please, let me be the one to empty the porta potty."

Oh, Darcy, today I had such a TOUGH day... what a treat to read this. I love your list, #s 7 and 10 especially made me laugh. I hate snakes, too - and emptying the porta potty hits home after reading your blog about the potty. Where we differ is the volume for music - I have a penchant for rock, as in, TURN IT UP! and with all the Christian music available it doesn't even have to feel like you're doing a bad thing... you can crank Newsboys or David Crowder... Did you know I play guitar in our church worship band? Anyway, my favorite tea is Earl Grey, unless you can find Lady Grey. Our co-op also has some great varieties of tea... I do NOT like herbal blends. It has to be real tea. How about you?

Darcy, my favorite one was about the snake. I would say that while I was hyperventilating into a paper bag! My husband would really love to have a camo bedspread and matching curtains. Wouldn't that be attractive?.......................Denise (prairiemom)

Very funny list! I'm new to your blog and I love reading about your family adventure. I can't wait for more. And congratulations on re-doing your Template and figuring out all of that HTML code!
