Well, where to start, on Wednesday morning around 6am, my sister calls to tell me my cousin Ronald was killed in a car accident in WV.... At 7am the phone rings again and my mother is in tears trying to tell me my cousin Matthew (20yrs old) committed suicide :*( Very tragic story, very young and very gifted... all gone that fast. SO we had two wakes and two funerals to do this weekend, very tiring, and I am glad to be home, but still so sad and confused.... one cousin on each side of my family gone in the same night in different states and only an hour apart.... I take comfort in my Lord and knowing that His purposes are ALWAYS bigger than ours, but still the sadness I feel will be raw for some time to come.... |
