Daily ins & outs :o)

Hi all!  Hope this finds everyone happy and healthy :o)  I have my lil man home today, he has a yucky cough that I don't like the sound of, so rest, rest rest!  Besides that everything is going good, nothing has broken down since the sink episode so YAY to God! LOL

I got a book about homeschooling so I am reading up a storm for that, I also ordered a few catalogs from suppliers so I can really take a look at what is out there.  For the first year I will be doing something more traditional and by the book so to say until I can get in the groove of it.  I am to scared to try and homeschool AND make it all up on my own!

I also have made some more bread and a lady at my husbands work asked me to make her some, she offered to PAY me for it!  I told her that was not needed, but if she wished to pay money for it, then that was fine :o)  Any money coming in here is good!  It will go in our little homeschool savings we have started so when the time comes next year we can feel free to buy what is needed and not have to worry so much about the costs.

I have like 8 loads of laundry calling my name, so off I go!  Have a wonderful day in the Lord!  God Bless!

What a flattering compliment for that women to offer to pay you for your bread! You never know this could be the start of a little kitchen business....

I hope your son feels better!

Hiya! :) How are you today? I have not been posting as much on blogs lately because my husband has been home probably four times as much as he normally is! Definately different for us to have him home so much.

It sounds like you are having a lot of fun researching all of your homeschooling options. :) I remember those days and the adventure it was. For about three years running, a GOOD portion of our income tax return was spent at a big teacher/homeschooling store somwhat near here. I'd spent close to a thousand dollars each tax return time and just get gobs of stuff. Chalk board, felt boards, felt, markers, crayons, books galore, you name it, we got it. The years since have beneifited because I got so much early on. Now, I still buy books, etc., but not nearly as much at once like in the early days. You can definatly spend as much or as little as you want!

I also had every homeschooling book you could find at one time. Sold most of them for $1.00 or less last year. I do have a *few* left. Charlotte Mason and another, I think.

Anyway, I hope you are having a wonderful week, Miss Maggie! Hugs! ~ Robin :)
