My son and I went snow skiing / snowboarding last week to Copper Mountain, Colorado.  Didn't have such a good time, which is such a dissappointment to me as I love snow skiing so much.  Our rental company was horrible.  The first run bruised my shins so badly for the rest of the trip.  I traded them for a better pair, but that pair was too short, they didn't have any more due to the fact that it was Spring Break and stock was low.  I had the most fun on day 2, when my son and I got to ski/board together on a small run.  The 3rd day, he wanted to go to the terrain park at the top of the mountain.... mistake...... took us 3 hours to get down.  Poor little guy, he just got so tired, and I was frustrated having to wait for him to quit whining and griping and just come on.  I am happy though that my son and I were safe and uninjured, and that we got to spend some quality time together.  I'm glad to be home, it's turning green here in Oklahoma and my sand plums are in bloom!
