Good Morning and Sunday blessings to all.  It looks as if our cool weather has come to and end here in central Il, as the high today is supposed to be 86° and I am not ready for all of the heat!

It has been a frustrating weekend as I have had 2 allergic reactions to 2 different antibiotics prescribed by my doctor. I had just FINALLY got rid of the hives I had been dealing with for the past 6 weeks and now I have them again. Modern medicine is a wonderful thing, and I like my doctor but at this point I am just ready to figure out some more natural ways of dealing with a few health issues instead of always truing to a doctor and the pharmacy. Has anyone else had these same feelings?

My husband has to work today so Summer my daughter, her husband Tyler and I will be heading into town for Sunday services and then it is back home to work out in the gardens, hopefully before it gets to warm. I also need to get a new sourdough starter going as we are down to a few loaves of sourdough French bread in the freezer so that means it is time to get busy baking.
