Monday Afternoon April 28th

Good afternoon, it is a chilly windy day here in central IL. I was out running errands earlier this morning and it was actually SNOWING   the last week in April, good grief what next? I am glad I do not have any annuals set out as of yet because we are under a freeze warning for tonight. I will be busy later on this afternoon covering up what needs to be covered that is for sure. I am so looking forward to warm weather and the chance to be outside and enjoy the fresh air and sunshine that is when ever Mother Nature decides it is truly spring.

The weekend was quiet around here we had hoped to get some wood cut and split this past weekend but, it was to wet to get own into the timber so that chore will have to wait for another weekend.

I am still battling it out with a bad case of the hives, I have another doctor’s appointment tomorrow afternoon, I do not know what is causing this but I will be VERY relieved when they go away.

kidding. we had a record snowfall here on friday and over sat. 2 FEET. I feel your pain. :)
