My dad is gone
|

I haven been here to post for a few day’s Its been along hard three days and I just was not ready to write the words, but my father passed away on Thursday morning. He had a stroke on Wednesday night and only briefly regained conciseness on Thursday morning before slipping back into coma before passing away.
My relationship with him was a difficult and complicated one, but no matter what our differences were, he was still my dad and I will miss him. Some families the love and words come easy but neither one cam easy to my dad; I know that he felt those things but it just wasn’t in his nature to show or share them.
So dad is with my mom now, and even though she has been gone all of 26 years I know she welcomed him home with open arms. Dad please give her a hug for me and tell her I miss her every single day.
Preparedness, when properly pursued, is a way of life, not a sudden, spectacular program. -- Spencer W. Kimball, 1976

My deepest sympathy on the passing of your Dad. I found comfort when my Dad passed away and a friend told me that the ones we love are never truly gone for they continue to live on in our hearts and memories. May these words bring you comfort during this most difficult time.
Again, I'm so very sorry for your loss.

SO sorry to hear of the passing on of your dad. It is never easy to let them go, but peace will come in time. A person is going to be sad because they miss the one who has moved on, but remembering the good times can help you smile in the midst of it! God bless you and yours! ~~Rita Jo~~
