This day is so very special to me...the day we celebrate our nation's freedom, her birth, and the joys we have in this. This is a day of celebration, a day to rejoice, and a day to be in thankfulness to our Lord for all that He has allowed us to experience.
Please remember our soldiers today as you are celebrating. They are continuing to fight to preserve the freedom that we have, and to try to bring freedom to other nations that have been oppressed and persecuted for many, many years.
But most of all, remember to thank God for the freedom that you have. The freedom to serve Him, the freedom to worship Him, the freedom to be an individual as He would have you to be. Ask Him to provide safety and security to our soldiers and our nation, wisdom and guidance to our leaders, and the continuation of our freedom for our children, and our children's children.
Give someone a hug today-you have the freedom to do that! Be glad! Spend time with those you love, and also reach out a helping hand to those less fortunate than you are. Be a vessel for the Lord to use to show them love, mercy, and the freedom in Christ Jesus.
God Bless America!
Hugs,
Cynthia Robin
