A Mother's Heart

In the Garden...

6:25, 4/11/2008 .. Posted in My Home .. 2 comments .. Link

I, like most of you in the midwest, am itching to start my garden, but the weather is not cooperating!!  I'm curious to see if I can pull a better garden out of my sad soil this year!  I'm armed with fertilizer!  I have dreams of peat!  Organic material!  Death of groundhogs!!

Adam can play near me when I'm working in the garden, but I'm not sure what I'll do with my 10 month old!

I think maybe Adam is ready to help, don't you?

Maybe you can plan to work in your garden right about nap time, and if you have a little pumpkin swing, wind him up in the swing out in the fresh air, and he can nap while you work?

I too am in Zone 5 and chomping at the bit!!

Adam looks more than ready to help, I'd hire him! ;-) We're Zone 6 and it's just not safe yet...few more weeks.
