A Mother's Heart

Here are the lyrics from one of my favorite songs, My One Thing, by my all time favorite artist, Rich Mullins.  His heart for the Lord is so evident:

I put this song in because it makes me think about how I live my life, and what my priorities are.  Is He my one thing?  What better to find on earth that the Lord.

And distractions.  What distracts me?  My family?  My self?  I found this the hardest thing, because we can easily see how we should put Christ before ourselves, but what about our families?  My children, whom I love with such a fierce consuming love?  THAT is exactly how I should love my savior.  Do I?
