rosemary pork chops

From my inbox...
3 cloves garlic
2 tsp coarse chopped rosemary
3 tbsp olive oil
4 1/2 inch thick bone in pork chops
Preheat broiler. Mince and mash garlic to a paste w/ a oinch of salt, then stir together w/ rosemary, oil, 3/4 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp pepper. Rub mixture all over chops. Broil chops on a broiler pan about 4 inchs from heat, turning once, until just cooked through, about 8 minutes. let stand 5 minutes.

Mmmm.....We fix rosemary porkchops all the time. I love them!!!
