My mom and I made and canned this on Tuesday.  It is the best salsa I have ever tasted!  The vegetables were right out of our gardens!  There really are no measurements here, use as much as you like of things.  Even the things that do have measurements we did our own thing...

Salsa

big pot full of skinned quartered tomatoes

chopped onions

chopped bell peppers

chopped hot peppers

6 cloves minced garlic

sugar

basil

oregano

canning salt

pepper

1 cup red wine vinegar

     Cook till thick.  Pour into hot jars, cover with lids and put rims on.  Process for 20 minutes in a boiling water bath.
