I really didn't get much done here today. I had to work. I made Hamburger Helper for supper. I don't think I have much more of that left. I have cappuccino chip cupcakes in the oven right now. I like to have things for Dave to take to work. I will probably take some and share with my friends Patty and Steve tomorrow. Cappuccino Chip Cupcakes 1 package (18 1/4 ounces) double chocolate muffin mix 1 cup water 1 egg 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/2 cup vanilla or white chips In a large bowl, combine the muffin mix, water, egg, coffe granules and cinnamon just until moistened. Fold in chips. Fill greased muffin cups 3/4 full. Bake at 425 degrees for 18-21 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan to wire rack. |
I did water my garden this morning. My mom gave me some old water jugs to water with, and I was filling them back up with the hose (it doesn't reach the whole way to the garden), but I was in a hurry to leave for work, and I threw the hose down, it landed on the handle, and I got soaked.
So I had to change clothes. My mom planted some zucchini in my garden today.
And she watered again before she left. Comments
