Wishful Homesteader

I live in PA with my wonderful husband and kids, and I want more than anything to be a homesteader...

It was a really long day at work today.  A lady called and started yelling at me before the store was open.  I ran back and answered the phone before I even got all the lights turned on!  But later when she came in, she was so nice.  She must have been having a bad morning.  We had a canopy over the flowers we were selling outside, and it blew over, and the legs bent.  One snapped completely off.  Luckily, there was no one underneath it when it happened, but a lot of flowers got smooshed.  Oh, well.  People are more important.

Right now Dave is at Sheetz getting us salads.  Yummy.  When you get home at 8:00 in the evening, you just don't feel like making anything.

One good thing about my day today was that Dave brought the kids in to see me after Sunday school!  They can always brighten my day.

I got a really good deal at work today.  I found 5 bras in my size for $1 each!!!  I bought all 5, because even if I don't need them right now, I will sometime.  Then I won't have to pay $10 or more for them.  I came running down the steps and told my friend Hope.  She went up and found 8 of them in her size.  My friend Ashley brought me in a really good book to look at.  I spent a little time at the copy machine on my lunch.  There were some good recipes.
