I had to work all day today, so Mother's Day was OK.  I woke up this morning and made cinnamon rolls, and I took Dave's to him in bed, so I guess you could say I made him breakfast in bed....

We forgot to change Cameron into his Pull-Up last night so he went to bed with his underwear on.  He woke up completely dry!  I did get him some more Pull-Ups today, though, just in case.  Cameron and Emily went to Sunday school today, and they got some cute little potted flowers to give me.  They were so excited!  I walked in the door, and they yelled, "Happy Mudder's Day, Mama!"

I had a lady yell at me today, and I was very upset because it wasn't my fault.  I was helping a lady who was buying a TV, and we had it plugged in and she was asking me some questions, and I started to get a line.  There was a lady staning on the other side of my counter, but way off to the side.  I heard her talking, but she was with quite a few people, so I didn't think anything of it.  All of a sudden, she yelled, "EXCUSE ME!!"  I said, "Yes, Ma'am?"  She said, "Which way is your line going here?"  I said, "This way." and I pointed in the direction of the 6 other people who were standing in my line.  She said, "Well, I asked you 3 times!"  I said, "I'm sorry, Ma'am, I didn't hear you."  She said, "I'm from up north, and up north, when someone asks you a question, you answer it!"  Well, that was it!  I said, "Well, Ma'am, I'm from Pennsylvania, and we only answer the questions we HEAR!"  She went to the other register.  I had apologized to her already, I didn't know what else she could possibly want!!  My manager thought it was rather hilarious when I told her.  Oh, well.  I can't make everybody happy, but there's no need to be so mean!!  The other customer that I was waiting on told me that I did the right thing.  I know I shouldn't have yelled back like that, but  I can only take so much of someone yelling at me.

I was stressed and it is Mother's Day, so I went to Subway and got us some subs.  I didn't feel like cooking.

Sorry you had a stressful day. Working with the public can be one of the most difficult things!
