I got off work pretty late this evening.  I don't think I ever worked as hard there as I did tonight.  My friend Angela and I worked very hard to get 2 skids of odds and ends put on the shelf.  Then she started straightening while I went to help a customer, and then I came back to help her straighten.  We got all that done, then she helped run the cash register until the store closed.  I brought in ALL the carts myself, plus I did the outside garbage.  Tammy swept the floor herself, and I mopped it all.  I was never so glad to come home.

The kids are just now getting over their colds, and now poor Dave isn't feeling very well.  He can't breathe.

I made Hamburger Helper tonight, because it was late and I was tired, but I really don't like feeding that garbage to my family.  I'm not going to buy anymore of it either.  I'll use up what I have, but that's it.  Tomorrow night, Emily and I are going to a mother-daughter banquet at our church with my mom.  I haven't been to one for a very long time.  I think it'll be fun.  Cameron went to the father-son banquet last month with Dave and my dad, and he enjoyed himself.  I'm kind of looking forward to a "night out."
