The kids and I colored Easter eggs today, and we had a lot of fun!!  I let them take turns picking a color to put the eggs in, then I would take them out.  I was really surprised that only 1 egg got broken.  I have a stool that they were standing on, because my kitchen chairs have fabric seats, and wood is much easier to wipe egg coloring off of.  I would let Cameron stand up and drop an egg into a cup, then Emily would take a turn.  Cameron said, "I wuv this game!"  Then, when I would take an egg out of the cup, he would say, "I wuv that color!"  He said it every time.  I let them put stickers on the eggs when they were dry.  I had undressed them before we started, but they didn't get as messy as I thought they would.  Then I gave them a bath.  I put a pretty little pink dress on Emily because we had a baby shower to go to this evening.  My cousin Andy and his wife live in North Carolina (I want to live there, too) and they are up for Easter, so Andy's sister had the baby shower today.  She got a lot of really nice things.  Emily had a blast.  She got to eat cake and candy and pretzels.  Cameron and Dave went to McDonald's with my dad so that Cameron wouldn't feel left out.  But we brought him some candy and a balloon.  This was the first time my cousin Andy saw Emily, and she kept flirting with him.  He really liked her.  They are having a little girl.  Her name will be Abigail Kay.  Kay was his mother's name.  She passed away when we were kids. 

We are going to go to church in the morning with my mom and dad, then to their house to eat.  The kids are going to leave their baskets out tonight so the Easter Bunny can fill them.  They are getting books and bubbles, and Cameron is getting some cars and Emily got a play camera.  I also got them some M&Ms.  I got my mom and mother-in-law each an Easter lily.  They are beautiful, and they smell so nice.

The only thing I got done today was laundry.  That's ok, though.  It will still be waiting for me when I get around to it, right?  I do have a 4-day weekend because of Easter!  AND I get paid for tomorrow!!  There are no coupons tomorrow, though. 

Yesterday at work, a lady looked at me and said, "Oh, look.  You're having another baby!"  I got very angry and said, "No, I'm just fat, thank you."  I felt kind of bad fo being rude to her, but she really upset me.  The thing I don't get, though, is that most of my weight is around my hips, butt and thighs, not my stomach.  But I had a new shirt on, and I was actually feeling good about myself until she said that!  My co-workers and I are starting a diet on Monday, though.  We are going to weigh in every week.  I won't be working until Wednesday, so I will have to weigh in then.  I'm not very good at sticking to these things, so I hope I can do it!!
