My menu planning got a little off from our being gone over the week-end, so here's our menu from now until the end of next week! Let me know if you want any of the recipes! Friday:
Breakfast - cereal
Lunch - sandwiches with homemade bread
Supper - ground beef / brown rice casserole
Saturday: Gone on a day trip after pancakes for breakfast
Sunday:
Breakfast - scrambled eggs and cereal
Lunch - sandwiches with homemade bread
Supper - homemade pizza and salad
Monday:
Breakfast - cereal
Lunch - sandwiches with homemade bread
Supper - pork chops
Tuesday:
Breakfast - cereal
Lunch - sandwiches with homemade bread
Supper - Leftover lentils
Wednesday:
Breakfast - polenta (cooked cornmeal mixture made into a loaf, then fried)
Lunch - sandwiches with homemade bread
Supper - Spaghetti
Thursday:
Breakfast - baked oatmeal or regular cooked oatmeal
Lunch - sandwiches with homemade bread
Supper - tuna wedges
Friday:
Breakfast - cereal
Lunch - sandwiches with homemade bread
Supper - broccoli soup and banana bread
Saturday:
Breakfast - waffles
Lunch - macaroni and cheese and leftovers and salad
Supper - leftovers
Sunday:
Breakfast - scrambled eggs and cereal
Lunch - sandwiches with homemade bread
Supper - Cottage Pie (like Shepherds Pie - ground beef mixture with mashed potatoes and cheese on top)
Most lunch meals also include a fruit or veggie. Most supper meals also
include a salad or other veggies, maybe some homemade muffins or bread,
and often some fruit.
