The Summer Adventures of Madge, Chapter One, Mexico
One of the first things I did after school got out was take a missions trip to Mexico. We went to a small town named El' Porvenere. Here is a picture book type recap of the ten day trip. . .

Here's my friend and I  (I'm on the left) stopping to get some much needed energy, notice how tired we look=]

Here is the view from the hotel room we shared on the first night.

Here we are on day three of the trip getting ready to cross the border
We're in Mexico!!!
The main reason we went down was tho help at an orphanage, here are a few of my favorite pictures of the kids=]

It was a truly amazing, learning, sad, beautiful experience. It really makes you think about what you could live with out, they have so little and yet can still be bright and happy, and want to play and love even when they've started their life off without it. I found out yesterday that I get to go back the end of next month, I'm very excited to go back and see that little community grow.

Glad to see a post here! I have already seen most of those pictures because your Dad showed them to use at your house and at church, so this would make number three. I was happy to read the post anyway.
