Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Bread
Make your favorite bread dough recipe.
I make whole wheat bread from fresh milled grains. I make it a little on the sweet side by adding extra honey.
After the first rise, punch down and turn out onto a floured surface. Roll out dough into a rectangle. Spread with melted butter, and a mixtue of cinnamon and sucanat or sugar. Roll up the dough. Pinch seam and ends and tuck the ends under. Place in bread pan or pans (depending on how much dough and size of pans) for 2nd rise. Bake 350* for approx 30 minutes.
