God Makes Snow So Beautiful!!!

Hi everyone! As you have all heard we are having a snow, well I could say Ice day today! We are going to make our soap soon, which is exciting! I like making our soap, and all the different kinds you can make! Also we had a good time at my cousins house on Sunday,and my yougest 4 year old cousin had a good birthday! I don't think I told you yet, but I like taking pictures on my Digital camera! I have taken a lot so far! I wanted to share some pictures I took of the icicles on our deck, and also the almost 5 inches of snow we had on Febuary 7. So here they are:

Here is the beautiful snow in our backyard!

Here are the icicles on our picnic table.

And here are the icicles hanging from our gutter.

Finally, here is a beautiful picture of the trees and snow in our front yard! ( My Pa took this one.)

Those are great photos Mary! You are becoming an excellent photographer! Just keep taking pretty pictures instead of disgusting ones like the pictures on my Out In The Garden blog today!

I like the snow pictures, but I can't wait to see your pictures of flowers and the garden this summer!

Glad you got snow! I wish we were getting it. So far nothing! Just a little passing of drizzle here and there.

I'd like to be able to make soap! That's something I've always wanted to do. I have to search online to figure out how to do that. Any pointers would be great.

So far we have missed out on this recent storm.

We were supposed to get a lot of rain, but we haven't even had much rain yet.

I checked our weather and it says we may get a little snow or ice tonight after all, but it does not seem to be a sure thing.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Those pictures were taken the old fashioned way, so they are from early January. We only got a few inches of snow, but it was wet enough to make a snowman. Now we have about 6 inches on the ground and everything is beautiful. We live east of the Rockies, where it doesn't snow much. So when we get it, we love it!
